Beautiful Venice Beach 3 bedroom 2 bath home located steps to beach and steps to nice restaurants.

Recently all renovated with a great new kitchen that has all high-end appliances, wood floors, new tiled bathrooms, and great new decor and furnishings. Queen beds in each of the bedrooms, queen sofa bed in living room, and a twin sofa bed in master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom, wet bar, and small private balcony.

There is a fantatic roof top deck with ocean views, a BBQ, and patio furniture. Just relax the day away at the beach or on the roof deck.

Quality linens and towels, 42" and a 32" plasma TVs with direct TV satilite, local phone service, DSL Internet, and parking.

Bicycles available for $50 per week.
