Description of the Venice Beach vacation townhouse rental

This is our "Provincial" loft townhouse, featuring a beautiful wrought iron stairway to a sleeping loft with large windows and a skylight (with curtain). Amenities include 50" HDTV with cable and DVD, comfortable queen bed in the upper loft, plus a queen sofa bed and love seat on the ground floor. There is a dining table that seats 6, an Ipod dock, WiFi, very high ceilings and air conditioning. A charming brick patio just outside the back door with a pond/fountain and dining area with barbecue. We have 5-bicycles!, 2-adult , 2-children's and a bicycle built for 2.

This fully furnished Loft is just 1 street over from the quaint Venice walk streets and 4-blocks to Abbott Kinney Blvd. Just a 20 minute walk to Santa Monica’s Main Street for shopping or The Rose Café (Main & Rose). Just a 5 minute cycle, or a 20 min walk to the beach or to the Venice canals. NEW!! 12 minute walk to the new Whole Foods Market on Rose & Lincoln.

This is a nice area, lots of old Craftsman houses - walk streets and shopping!

We had a great time spending 8 nights and 8 days. It is a very nice equipped studio. You can either stay there with one or two couples or as 2 friends (like us) because of the bed upstairs and the sofabed. If you like having an early coffee or having selfmade breakfast everything needed is there. Good supermarkets are in walking distance. Everydays walk to the beach or the morning run lets you explore the environment. Short driving distance to all the other beaches or San Diego, Hollywood, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara etc...
