• Required Stay: One Month Minumum
   
• Deposits: A $1,000 security deposit is required when the contract is signed and returned to owners. Providing there is no breakage, and the condo is left in the condition it is found in upon arrival, the security deposit will be refunded within 1 week from departure date.
   
• Other Fees: Rent must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. April, 2008 rent is $2,100 for the month May, 2008 is $1,700 for the month
