Expansive lanai with a view overlooking the manicured grounds, tennis court, and pool area. Pool is heated, with covered lanai and plenty of seating. Full size washer and dryer in secluded storage area in unit. Internet available wi-fi or dial up. Walking distance to shopping area with Publix, Hallmark, Dairy Queen, Pharmacy and Gas station.

Across the street from newly redesigned golf course. A short walk to the grocers and nearby restaurant. As little as a five minute drive to the Venice area's five beaches and 12 parks, along with the famous Venice Historic Downtown Shopping District. Choose from 11 golf and country clubs, four fishing charters, as well as rentals for parasailing, jet-ski, and boats. Other local activities include live theater, cinemas, symphony, sprinkler park,miniature golf, acquariums and Barnum and Bailey museum in local area plus much more.

Only one and a quarter hours from TAMPA, two and a half hours from ORLANDO and one and a quarter hours from FORT MYERS.

Venice area has been home to our extended family for over 40 years and a pleasant area to stay in away from the metropolis. Venice keeps the small town feeling alive, plenty of activities in town and at the condo for a full season of fun.
