This condo is equipped with everything you’ll need. Take a swim in the Olympic size pool and end almost any vacation day right by viewing a beautiful Venetian sunset. There are many places to catch a sunset but nothing compares to relaxing and enjoying the last few moments of daylight right on your own private access beach. Two gazebos overlooking the ocean, are available for your relaxation.
VENICE BEACHES:: Venice Beaches are known world-wide for fossil collecting, you will often see tourists and residents alike combing the sand for treasure. With its Mediterranean style buildings, date palms and deep blue waters Venice will take you back in time to a simpler lifestyle. Hang out at the fishing pier and sample some of the local fare, have a cocktail at the Tiki Bar of the famous Sharkey’s Restaurant. In Venice you can hang out on fourteen beaches, visit the Venice Arts Center or spend an evening at the Venice Little Theater, It’s a wonder rich experience for entertainment lovers of all ages.
THINGS TO DO:: Venice has a quaint downtown district, Its charming demeanor is further enhanced by the local art festivals and parades.Venice Avenue is a broad boulevard lined with palms and boutiques, fine restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Monthly rental has $80.00 Cleaning Fee. Holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas are in-season rates-Jan-April rates.
