Both additional bedrooms share a second bathroom with tub/shower and linen closet. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite counters, breakfast bar, and an oval Ethan Allen kitchen table. Appliances include: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. The Living Room is comfortably designed and includes a sofa, love seat , and over-sized chair with a large screen Sony HDTV. The Laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer and storage rack for an ironing board, beach chairs etc. Enclosed lanai furniture is also available. Venice Island is a quiet, historic town located on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or bike to the village for tennis, a large selection of great restaurants, boutique shopping, churches, and The Venice Theater Play House. 

Golfing is one-half of a mile from our condo, plus various golf courses are nearby; there are 44 beautiful courses in the greater Sarasota area. Grocery shopping at Public's is less than 4 minutes from our condo, as well as hair and nail salons. Frank's multiplex movie theater is nearby too. Biking is a favorite pastime, with trails around the entire island. You can bike to the Gulf, Caspersen Beach, Sharky's and the pier. Next to Sharky's is a newly built park with a man-made lake and a 2/3 of a mile walking trail right in front of the Gulf. This is under one mile from our condo, and is a flat and easy bike ride. In addition to sunning, swimming, fishing, boating and other water sports, the beaches, with their warm tropical breezes, beckon with opportunities for shelling, and shark's tooth hunting. Free yoga classes are offered at Venice Beach; at nearby Fisherman's Wharf, you can rent a jet ski or boat, go parasailing or water-skiing, rent scuba & snorkel gear, or go out on a deep-sea fishing charter. You can fish along the 75-foot public fishing pier. Sarasota and Bradenton Airport is 30 minutes to the North; Ft. Meyers Airport is 45 minutes to the South. Sarasota and the surrounding area offers many additional restaurants, Selby Botanical Gardens and the Mote Marine Laboratory. Disney World is approximately 2 - 3 hours; Naples, Fl. approximately 1 1/2 hrs. Lots to do.
