You will feel right at home in this beautifully renovated vacation home with three bedrooms, (two with king-size beds; the third bedroom has two twin beds, plus two new queen-size sofa sleepers in family room); two full bathrooms, newly furnished family room, gourmet kitchen, and light-filled "Florida Room." Guests love the upscale, well-equipped kitchen designed with granite counters, island, solid cherry cabinets and new stainless appliances. The master bedroom suite features new bed linens, walk-in closet and private bathroom with double vanities & Tuscan tile shower. This Venice Island house was recently renovated with new over-sized ceramic tile floors, new windows, new furniture, and deluxe patio set in private backyard. Our Venice Island Home comfortably accommodates a family of up to 6-10, but it's also perfect for 2-3 couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra spacious getaway for two. We are happy to say that most of our guests are "repeats." Unique feature - guests can also rent a very similar 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home right next door in case you want to stay close to friends or family but still have your "own space." (perfect for girls getaways, guys golf trips, reunions, corporate retreats, wedding groups, extended family/friends.)
Location, location, location! For a little sunset watching and live music, the home is a short walk to the very popular Sharky's ocean-front bar & restaurant and Venice Pier for fantastic fishing. We have a responsible local babysitter with very reasonable rates for kids/grandkids. We are close to the island's public golf course &
tennis courts and short drive to five challenging
public and semi-private golf courses. The home is a short 2 block walk to the beach and longer walk (7/10 mile) to the historic town center filled with Northern Italian architecture, charming boutiques, antique stores and first-rate, reasonably-priced restaurants.

7/10 of mile walk to beautiful palm-tree lined Venice Avenue - filled with charming boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, children's fountain, special events, etc. Walk only 2 blocks to Venice Beach and Sharky's Waterfront Restaurant & Bar (we love to go there for sunsets and live music). Can also walk to the new Community Center (art and exercise classes), the Venice Art Center, and the library - all on our street:) or to Publix grocery story only few blocks away. Great town - we are just crazy about the Island of Venice!!!!

This Venice Island home is newly furnished in an upscale, tropical style. The home include three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, beautifully designed open concept family room, and light-filled Florida Room overlooking private backyard. (sleeps 2-10) Two bedrooms have king-size beds, the third bedroom has two twins, plus two brand new queen size sofa sleepers in family room. The home has two full bathrooms with new cherry vanities - one with a bath/shower combination and the other bathroom is brand new with a larger, Tuscan tiled shower and double vanities. The spacious backyard is much more private than a condo or apartment. Orange & grapefruit trees on the property with juicer in kitchen!
Other amenities include: cable television in bedrooms and in the family room; DVD/VCR in the family room; extensive free movie library; barbecue grill; linen closet; washer/dryer; brand new dishwasher; brand new cook-top oven; disposal; refrigerator; microwave; ironing board and iron; board games; rolling beach cart; beach chairs; beach towels; beach umbrella; beach soft cooler/insulated carry bag. For families we have beach toys, children's videos and a "Shark's tooth catcher" for the pre-historic sharks teeth that wash up on the beach near us (people travel from all over for these!)
