The pool is surrounded with old world courtyard pavers.The kitchen's French doors and master bedroom open to the pool's courtyard with a beautiful Pergola, providing ample shade for your outdoor dining in the vast caged area.Quiet neighborhood provides the ambiance to appreciate island sounds and lifestyle. Enjoy the undiscovered Florida, Venice Island beaches have no crowds. The Island's beautiful beaches are lined with sand dunes. Come in October and see Sea turtles nesting and babies running to the water. Venice is a wonderfully quiet small beach town with restaurants and theatre just waiting to be explored. Renovated with new tile floors through out, new modern kitchen with filtered water and new appliances, renovated bathrooms and bedrooms, the home has it all with NEW furniture. Always CLEAN & freshly painted inside and out. The house is complete with central heat in case you come across a chilly night. Riviera house has a premium island location close to everything, especially the beach. There are 2 new bicycles and 1 three-wheeler w/basket. Walk to beach(2 blocks)or bike. Venice library & community center on same street 3 blocks north. Publix (a full service market.. food and sunscreen)is just 3 blocks! Downtown restaurants on/off main street only 5 blocks away. Riviera house has many little conveniences such as beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, books, games, coolers, and pool toys. Don't spend your vacation driving around or taking ferries to the beach. When you stay at our home there is no need to leave the island ...it's all here.

We stay in Venice every year, and this home was fabulous! Beautiful home,Great pool, perfect location, the only bad thing that I can say about this house is the beds are not very comfortable. Although, I would stay there again!

We stayed in Riviera House from mid Feb. to mid Mar. It is very well situated and very quiet, a fifteen minute walk into Venice centre and half that to Publix supermarket. The house has obviously had a major remodel and was very comfortable and very well equipped, with plenty of new cutlery, crockery, utensils, bed linen and bath towels. The cage and pool area was very spacious and very well equipped (gas bbq, large table and chairs with sun umbrella and also sun loungers. The new boundary fence made this area secluded and private. We enjoyed our month very much.
