The kitchen's French doors and master bedroom open to the pool's courtyard with a beautiful Pergola, providing ample shade for your outdoor dining in the huge caged lanai. Lanai measures 33' x 37' to add an additional 1221 sq ft of living space. We have a nice privacy fence for the intimate enjoyment of it all. Master bed is a new Euro king pillow top. Quiet neighborhood provides the ambiance to appreciate island sounds and lifestyle. Enjoy the undiscovered Florida, Venice Island beaches have no crowds. On Florida's west coast you will be able to enjoy the warmer waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Loacated close to Florida attractions without staying with the swarm of tourists. To partake in "Spring Break" madness just drive 20 mins north to Siesta Key. Then return to Venice Island's beautiful beaches that are lined with sand dunes and the sounds of the Gulf. Come in October and see Sea turtles nesting and babies running to the water. Venice is a wonderfully quiet small beach town with restaurants and theatre just waiting to be explored. Renovated with new tile floors throughout, new modern kitchen with filtered water and new appliances, renovated bathrooms and bedrooms, the home has it all with NEW furniture. Always CLEAN & freshly painted inside and out. Just added desk for a great work station or check your email poolside with wireless router! Riviera house has many little conveniences such as beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, books, games, coolers, and pool toys. Don't spend your vacation driving around or taking ferries to the beach. When you stay at our home there is no need to leave the island ...it's all here. Wi Fi service with desk/work station overlooking huge lanai. Also wireless router for internet access all over house and entire pool area. Gas BBQ Grill in pool area to save on dining or we prefer to dine around the pool with take-away!! I love my landscaping as it make the house very private. I especially enjoy my fruit trees.. I have 2 orange ,many banana, mango, coconut and palm trees.
