Beautiful smoke free, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in sunny SW Gulf coast of Florida in Venice. A separate dining area allows for formal or casual dining. The living area features leather setting, cable TV, VCR and DVD with surround sound. A second TV with VCR and DVD player is in master bedroom. A king size bed and two twin beds accommodate up to 4 persons. The sofa in the living room also folds out to make a queen bed. A futon in the sun room folds down to make a double bed for extra guests.
The back yard is privacy fenced with a 6 foot wooden fence.
