Newly constructed and furnished home is located in the upscale gated community of Pelican Pointe Golf & Country Club. Fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Twelve foot ceilings in foyer, living room, and dining room. Upgraded tile throughout the living area with carpeted bedrooms. This home over looks lake and is 2,250 sq'under
air. Includes two car attached garage. Laundry room includes full size washer and dryer. Kitchen features granite counter tops, natural maple kitchen cabinets, full size stainless steel appliances, including microwave, dishwasher/disposal, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Ceiling fans through out including lanai. Master suite includes a full bath, garden-style bath tub with separate Roman shower, his and her vanities, separate walk in closets, queen size bed and walk-out to
lanai. Also, TV and DVD player in master suite. The two guest rooms offer a queen size bed and two twin beds. Family room has TV/DVD player and TV in one guest room (cable included). Pelican Pointe's award winning 27 hole Ted McAnlis designed course received rave reviews for conditioning and playability.
Conveniently located off Route 41 and Route 75. Wonderful restaurants, golf courses, fishing in gulf off a local jetty or Sharky's pier, SCUBA diving, walk through local shops, bike rentals (riding Casey Key in highly recommended!) parasailing, boat and jet ski rentals.

- Lodging Tax: 11%
- Deposits: 50% Deposit Required Upon Reservation and the rental balance is due in full 30 days prior to rental check in.
- Other Fees: $1,000 security deposit to be refunded within 30 days after departure, as applicable. Utilities allowance of $100.00 per momthly rental. Utilities in excess of $100.00 per monthly rental are the responsibility of the renter.
There is a $100.00 departure cleaning fee.
