Spacious, three-bedroom, two-bath, home is located only a few minutes from Venice Beach. Carport parking. Newly renovated inside and out. Full kitchen features architectural-style Brazilian hardwood cabinets and stainless appliances. Living room has a wood-burning fireplace and is open to the 11.5-foot by 17-foot Florida room. Rental Policy:

Deposits: 50% deposit required to reserve. Balance is due within 45 days of arrival. $500 refundable security deposit. $250 non-refundable pet deposit.

Taxes and fees: cleaning fee of $125. Applicable taxes apply.(11%)

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing within 60 days of of the arrival date to receive a refund. A $100 cancellation fee will apply to all refunds.

Venice Island is centrally located providing nearby access to the the popular Theme Parks: Busch Gardens and Adventure Island 1.5 hrs,Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld 2.5 hrs,Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center.

Myakka Park is a State Park within 20 mins. You can see local wildlife, including many gators.

Downtown Venice has tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground. Venice Island has its' own golf course. Walk from one end of the Island to the other using the Venetian Waterway Park.

Several beaches including a dog beach! Caspersens Beach, the southern most Venice Island Beach is a naturalized beach featuring hiking trails, access to the Intracoastal waterway and picnic areas with grills. Great shelling and lots of sharks teeth at this beach.
