Description of the Venice vacation home rental

Thank you for considering our vacation rental home in beautiful Venice, FL.

We are currently booked for January 2014 - April 2014. Please check calendar for additional date information.

Heated Pool Home welcomes you with 3 BR, 2 BA and 1,748 sq. ft. The covered screened lanai is attached to the private heated pool and hot tub area.

430 Palmetto Dr is fully furnished and updated including on premise laundry facilities for your convenience. Enjoy free local and long distance phone service, T.V. and WiFi.

Your stay allows you to access the Private South Venice Beach at no charge. A mile and a half down the road the ferry awaits to take you across the intracostal to the private beach. Ferry service runs every 30 minutes, closed Wednesday's.

Prices posted include everything, no additional charges.

Sarasota County consists of some of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Florida.
In Siesta Key you can snorkel and look at sea sponges on Crescent Beach.

You can also find quiet Turtle Beach to be a romantic getaway.
Venice has Venice Beach and you will have access to Private South Venice Beach.

I fell in love with this home.It was an amazing place.you couldnt ask for a better place to stay.we are even trying to get it next year.we went to blind pass beach,it was beautiful! We also went to sunset beach,it was nice.everyone was very friendly. My brother and his wife found 148 shark teeth the first day at blind pass beach.This trip helped me find myself again and i also got the love of my life back and we plan on visiting next year.Thank you so much stan, It was the best vacation i ever had and we are actually thinking very hard on moving in the area.I hope the next visitors have as much fun as we did!

The house was so NICE!!!! We all were so pleased. We could easily rent it again in a heartbeat. It is very spacious and the pool and hot tub are very very nice. It is all updated and made our vacation a success!!! The neighborhood was nice and we walked early evey morning! Close to a lot of neat things like the Shamrock Natural Preserve Park where we ended up walking in the morning. Saw dolphins, bald eagles, etc. there on our walk.

I agree pictures do not do justice!!! It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for my husband , myself our 5 boys and a friend that helps with our special needs child!!Pool was great, hot nice at the end of the day....boca grande was pefect!!!! we sisnt want to leave... the private beach was nice also. resturants and shopping near by we will be coming back every year they will let us!!

My family and I stayed at this lovely home in April. Although it rained while we were there, the comfort of the home, closeness to the private beach and pool/hot tub was most accommodating. There is so much to do in the Venice area and staying at a private home to come and go as you please is most attractive. The pictures we saw did not do this place justice. Trust me, you will love it!!!
