Very spacious and beautifully furnished pool home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully furnished, shuffleboard and horseshoe pit in back yard, outside speakers by the pool, too much to list. Large yard, walking distance to Venice shops, restaurants, Venice Little Theater, public tennis, basketball courts, parks, Walk to beach (7/10 of a mile- 10 minute walk). Very nice location. $800.00 a week plus cleaning fee and FL tax for a total of $1000.00 for the week, you will not find a better deal for this price. Wireless internet available. Price for November through April is $3400.00 per month.Week of Christmas and New Years is $1200.00 per week.SORRY HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 16TH THROUGH APRIL 16TH 2010.

Lovely quiet area. Walking distance to beach(7/10 of a mile), walk to shops, restaurants, Venice Little Theater (great plays). Click on area map link, zoom in and you will see how close the beach is, just walk straight down the street, take a right at the end and you're at the beach.

Plenty to do for kids and adults. There is a kiddie water fountain for the kids to play in two blocks away, shops and restaurants are only a couple blocks away or just stay home and play shuffleboard or horse shoes in the back yard, sit by the pool and listen to music or read a book. Venice is a spectacular area. If you have never been there, you must see it. Go to the jetty down by the beach and watch the dolphins jump out of the water as you watch the sun set every evening, then go to Crow's Nest for a drink or a bite to eat.
