Description of the Venice vacation home rental

Very spacious and beautifully furnished pool home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully furnished, shuffleboard and horseshoe pit in back yard, outside speakers by the pool,24 hour recorded outdoor surveillance, too much to list. More pictures available upon request. Meticulously maintained, spotless inside and out. Large yard, walking distance to Venice shops, restaurants, Venice Little Theater, public tennis, basketball courts, parks, Walk to beach (7/10 of a mile- 10 minute walk). Very nice location. $1200.00 a week (may 1 through October 31) plus cleaning fee and FL tax, you will not find a better deal for this price. Wireless internet . Price for November through April is $4000.00 per month. February and March 2013 is already reserved. Reserve now for 2013 winter, it will go fast. Christmas and New Years Weeks are $1600.00 per week. Lovely quiet area. Walking distance to beach(7/10 of a mile), walk to shops, restaurants, Venice Little Theater (great plays). Click on area map link, zoom in and you will see how close the beach is, just walk straight down the street, take a right at the end and you're at the beach.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Plenty to do for kids and adults. There is a kiddie water fountain for the kids to play in two blocks away, shops and restaurants are only a couple blocks away or just stay home and play shuffleboard or horse shoes in the back yard, sit by the pool and listen to music or read a book. Venice is a spectacular area. If you have never been there, you must see it. Go to the jetty down by the beach and watch the dolphins jump out of the water as you watch the sun set every evening, then go to Crow's Nest for a drink or a bite to eat. Excellent Accommodation

This was a wonderful place for a vacation in Venice. The house was large enough to accommodate 5 people very comfortably. It was the attention to detail that made our stay so pleasant. It was fully stocked from providing beach towels, to detergent, to beach chairs, to bottled water, etc. The pool as well as the house was very clean and the entire environment was very nice and inviting. The owner was very helpful and accessible. We certainly would want to stay there again if we travel back to Venice.
