Description of the Venice vacation home rental
Lovely bright 3 Bedroom + Den single family house located on Venice Ave one block east of Jacaranda Blvd. 5 miles from the Venice beach and beautiful downtown Venice. Private swimming pool with solar heated system.
High vaulted ceilings throughout the house. Bedrooms have spacious closets and shared bathroom and soaking tub.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens and towels are supplied.
Living room and family room have sliding doors to large lanai with swimming pools and grill area. There is a $100.00 fee for cleaning of unit and 11% tax. Tax waived if staying over 6 month.
3 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL.
THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
December, January, February & March $2650.00 per month
April & May $2300 per month

Awesome, Clean, Cozy everything you need to make a great vacation. We loved the location short walk down our parking lot to Beach 1 min We Loved it.
