Description of the Venice vacation home rental
This immaculate 1,890 sq.ft. newer home has 3 bed, 2 bath and 2 car garage. The open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, columns and other architectual and decorative details makes this house light and airy.
Specious Living Room with soaring 21 ft. ceiling and triple patio doors to the Lanai separates Master Bedroom from the rest of the house.
On the right side of the house is a Master Bedroom furnished with elegant furniture from Germany( king size bed) Natural color of it and all the accessories just complementing looks. Master bath has double sinks and a Roman Shower with a bench for your special needs. Enclosed toilet is separate and has a bide."His" and "Hers" closet gives a privacy for its users.A safe for valuables installed in one of the closets. Two doors opens to lanai.
On the left side of the house is a Formal Dining Room furnished with Italian dining set of light marble color and
comfortable sets up to 8 people(see picture).
Arched opening decorated as columns leads to fully equipped Kitchen with cathedral ceilings. Breakfast Bar looks over the whole living space, making the preparation of snacks,drinks and meals a social affair. The breakfast nook with glass table and 4 chairs is convenient for informal meals is located by the aquarium-like window and you could see your lanai, big yard and palms( see picture).
Directly off the kitchen is Laundry Room with a lot of storage for your needs and the rod for open drying(good for swimsuits).
Open plan allow cooking party still enjoy a 50 9inch TV Cable (CD and DVD players) in the Living Room. Furnished with comfortable large sofa(could be a bed for 2) and a smaller sofa(could be a bed for a child), occasional tables and a separate swivel chair of pastel color pared with floor lamp for reading.
Huge triple patio door by unique design slides behind the wall and you fill that your Patio is a part of your living room. Light green very sheer drapes just enhance the effect.
Behind the lining room is a smallhallway with a second bathroom in the middle.
On the left side is a Second(guest) Bedroom. A brand new furniture with queen size bed has a tastful bedding cover and a matching room decor.Everything in this roomincluding a large closet makes this room cozy.
On the right side is an Office with a desk, a computer and a printer.Elegant table lamp and a matching sheer drapes are a nice touch to the room. In the middle of the room is a library-like furniture attached to the wall with fashionable book shelves on the both sides. If you do not know what it is, you would never guessed! This is a "Jewel" if you have two unexpected visitors. Just open both doors and pull out the bed! Extra linens in the closet!
For each room in the house special blinds were installed.For all three bedrooms it is wooden and give a 100% sun protection, in other rooms expensive Hunter-Douglas complement the interior.
Patio furnished with a large new pation set including dining table, seats for 6, lounchers and little tables for your drink or book. pation will enable you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and balmy Floridian nights.
A two car garage has a garage opener, sink for all your needs and plenty of shelves. 4 beach chairs are for your use. Two of them are new, specially designed and have a canopy. All linens and towels,including poolside towels are included.

RENTERS BEWARE

I rented this property for 3 months. The home was located in a very quiet, safe neighbourhood. The description for this property was misleading. The home is approximately 13 years, and does need repairs and TLC. The enclosed separate bide consisted of a stainless steel contraption attached to the toilet seat. The safe was the electrical for the security system. The elegant lamp in the computer room was tarnished brass, with the cord held together with duct tape. The printer/computer was held together with masking tape. For the amenties, I had to purchase for myself, a blender, iron, wine glasses, can opener to name a few. The garbage disposal in the kitchen was not working. The floors in the living room and master bedroom were laminate/bamboo, not hardwood floors. If you are seriously considering this rental home, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND having someone look at it before comitting yourself.
