Description of the Venice vacation home rental
Vacation in sunny, warm Venice Florida with our immaculate warm, and clean sandy beaches this year. Rent my 2/3 bedroom home that sleeps 4-6 people that is only 5 minutes to Gulf of Mexico beaches for $995 per week. November through April 2014 is by the month only ($2,800-$3,250 per month) Minimum rental period price is for one week. Home also has a private heated pool. There is lots to do downtown Venice or nearby Sarasota. Our home is close to shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing, boating and lots of tourist activities. Home is in a quiet neighborhood and backyard is fenced with private pool. It is in move-in condition, All provisions are provided and home is fully furnished. Full kitchen, washer, dryer and built in microwave and laundry just bring the suntan lotion.
Home is immaculate, good furniture, clean and in great condition. Heated pool in back yard is caged in. Home has 3 TV's with cable. There are also 2 DVD player and HIGH SPEED INTERNET and EMAIL service. Free phone calls throughout the USA and Canada at no charge. There a phones in 4 different rooms.
