This clean two bedroom pool home has a large private yard in a very safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our vacation home comes with two bathrooms, washer/dryer,a garage, and new storage shed for all your vacation supplies.Three t.v.s, stereo,beach towels are all provided. We supply beach chairs, towels, toys, shark teeth strainers, balls, tennis rackets, bicycles of various sizes and a full set of golf clubs. The area is ideal for the active visitors or for just relaxing. Your biggest decision will be what beach to go to, a walk in the park or bike ride through the park along the waterway and off to the beaches or to hang out around your private heated pool in a beautifully manicured yard. This beautiful vacation home truly has it all.

This vacation home is ideally located in beautiful, vacationer friendly Venice Florida; Just 200 yds from Shamrock Park and within 10 minutes from 4 different beaches.The beaches in Venice are protected in that there is always plenty of parking, uncrowded beach area on beautiful beaches without traveling through traffic and high risers. The town of Venice holds a quaint nature with a play house, entertainment and fine restaurants in town and along the ocean front. Shamrock offers walking/jogging/biking trails along the waterway, tennis courts, basketball and child friendly play grounds. Shamrock Park is truly a great take with something to offer for everyone. The yard is private and beautiful making breaking away from the heated pool difficult. The neighborhood is clean, friendly and quiet. The feedback from previous renters has been unanimously positive.

Great place!

If your are looking for a great place to stay with a beautiful pool, tropical landscape, friendly neighborhood, private beach access, walking distance to a park with trails and tennis courts, do I need to say more. We have stayed at other places in Venice over the years, but this place has been the very best. Thank you Holders for sharing your home and being so nice helping us arrange our stay. It's an adventure!

This was the ideal rental home for us! It was affordable and we had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and we were able to relax and enjoy our one-year-old. This was the perfect family escape. The park has a playground and many trails for walking and biking. Every single beach was awesome! It was really nice to have the beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys ready for us when we arrived!
