Fully furnished one-bedroom villa with two bathrooms. The villa has vaulted ceilings, light airy colors and an open comfortable layout. Enjoy a view of the Gulf, just steps off the private patio.

Accommodations include fresh linens and towels; private washer and dryer; and a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home including refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils; central air conditioning and heating system; cable tv; dvd; vcr; ceiling fans; clock radio; local telephone service.

Area Information

This tropical paradise is ideally located close (biking distance) to the charming main-street community of historic Venice Island, home to quaint restaurants and cafes and unique shops.

Take a walk along the miles of sandy, picturesque, uncrowded beach. Sunbathe, swim, or fish in the surf.

Enjoy golfing at the public golf courses located within the Venice area. At nearby Fisherman's Wharf, you can rent a jet ski or boat, go parasailing or water-skiing, rent scuba & snorkel gear, or go out on a deep-sea fishing charter. You can fish along the 750-foot public fishing pier or play tennis at the municipal courts located next to the downtown area.

Pleasantly surprised as soon as we entered this pretty, well equipped villa. Very clean, quiet and a beautifully landscaped complex made sitting on the front porch so enjoyable. The pool was large, heated and right on the Gulf beach. Nothing lacking except more vacation time! Thank you Amy - hope to be back.
