• Other Fees: $1,000 security deposit to be refunded within 30 days after departure, as applicable, on rentals in excess of three months. $1000 security deposit for all other rentals. Utilities allowance of $100.00 per monthly rental. Utilities in excess of $100.00 per monthly rental are the responsibility of the renter. There is a$100.00 departure cleaning fee. Please add the 11% Florida State Rental Tax to the rental fee.
