Villa located in Venetian Falls, gated 55+ community. Fully furnished with all the comforts of home, 1,700+ square feet under air. Villa over looks lake with views from master suite, kitchen, living room and dining room, Attached two car garage. Laundry room includes full size washer and dryer. Master suite has queen size bed, walk-in closet, TV/DVD with walk-in Roman shower, and his and hers vanities. Guest room offers two twin beds and full bath. Kitchen features Corian counter tops, full size appliances including microwave, dishwasher/disposal, refrigerator/freezer. Ceiling fans throughout Villa. Cable TV is included. Pamper yourself with all the luxuries this Villa and 55+ Community have to offer including an Internet Cafe', Card Room,Pool Table and Putting Green.

Area Information

Conveniently located off Route 41 and Route 75. Wonderful resturants, golf courses, fishing off a local jetty or Sharky's Pier, Scuba diving, walking through local shops. Bike rentals (riding Casey Key is highly recommended) parasailing, boat and jet ski rentals.

Absolutely Beautiful Venice Villa...

I was fortunate to spend 4 months in this truly lovely home last winter. Venice is truly a Florida paradise, and this exquisite Venetian Falls villa was a wonderful home base. Unmatched amenities; comfortable and attractive decor; more space than one could ask for...and don't get me started on the wonderful landlord! : ) If you are lucky enough to scoop this unit up - even for a month - don't hesitate. It is just lovely...
