Freestanding Villa -- 1,500 Sq. Ft. A perfect place to rent and enjoy the fall/winter. Located near beautiful beaches. There are two community pools to enjoy in this lovely quiet community. Located also near many restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed by renters over the past few years. Give us a call if you are interested. Prices range from
$1,500 to $1,800 per month (depending on the months chosen).
Two-month stay minimum. This villa is also available for a long-term rental if relocating to the area or if you just don't want to leave this beautiful area!
Area Description
Venice, Florida is located south of Sarasota on the gulf coast. There are plenty of beaches for you to enjoy (especially if you like looking for prehistoric sharks' teeth) which we are famous for. There are many stores and restaurants locally. Very modern and new movie theater, and you will love to visit our historic shopping district while you are here.
Our villa has everything that you need to be comfortable and
content. We have never had a disappointed renter!
