Description of the Venice vacation villa rental

Lovely bright 2 Bedroom + Den villa is located in Venetian Falls 55+ community. 5min walk to 16,000 sq. ft. amenity center with social and recreational activities, heated swimming pool with aqua track, walking trails, and lush and beautifully landscaped grounds.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom with Roman shower. The second bedroom has a spacious closet and a bathroom with vanity unit and soaking tub.
The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens and towels are supplied.
The main living room has sliding doors which open out onto lanai.
2 car garage. There is a $100.00 fee for cleaning the unit, and 11% tax. Tax waived if staying over 6 months.

3 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL. PLEASE inquire about a discount for longer stay.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT AND NO PETS ALLOWED
