April is open, too. Our luxurious and spacious (1650 sq.ft.) villa is in a small development of similar one-floor duplexes, a short walk from the community club house and pool. The floor plan features two complete master suites, one king and one queen, on opposite sides of the home. The Den/study includes a queen sleep sofa and can function as a third bedroom. From our lanai, you'll enjoy gorgeous water views over a small lake. With only two buildings per acre, the mature trees, lakes, and native landscaping surrounding the homes provide a uniquely beautiful & peaceful setting for people and wildlife, especially birds. The lanai has been fitted with sliding glass doors, screens available. You will enjoy our beautiful home.

Area Description

Our shady secluded neighborhood is perfect for strolling or biking. The local highway network makes it easy to access 5 beaches (each unique) less than a half hour from the villa. The area abounds with golf, tennis, bird watching, hiking, biking, and fishing. Nearby shopping centers provide your daily provisions. We are only 20 minutes SE of downtown Venice, a sophisticated small city with everything you could want, without the hassle of larger cities. Venice has a real main street downtown of shops, restaurants, theaters, galleries, an art center, and even a symphony. Three airports are convenient to the area: Tampa (1:45), Sarasota-Bradenton (:45), and Fort Myers (1:30.)

Simply stated this rental property has it all. A beautiful Florida lanai home set amongst the shade of gorgeous oak trees with an outstanding water view.The unit is superbly appointed with a great lay out and wonderful furnishings,everything one might need to enjoy their stay. I am definitely coming back again

Once we unpacked our suitcase we felt at home in this spacious light filled condo. We would recommend this condo for several reasons. The kitchen is up to date and well equipped, the lay out is compatible for two couples to share, it has laundry facilities, and all systems work. We really enjoyed the view from the Florida room/lanai which looks out on a lake and draws a variety of wildlife. It's a great base for short trips to some of Florida's best nature trails and beaches.

This property reminded us of Hilton Head with the beautiful arching live Oaks. The private location offers great views of a nearby lake and is very tranquil. Yet the attractions of downtown Venice and Sarasota are only minutes away. Tennis and golf are even closer. The updated kitchen is a joy to use and the furnishings of the unit are all first class. The master bedroom and guestroom are on opposite sides of the unit, offering great privacy. The clever positioning of the unit makes if feel like a spacious single family vacation home.
