A modern apartment in a historical context in the heart of Venice. All comforts. Ideal location to visit also Padua and Verona. Direct access to the house. Access is possible from Calle Priuli dei Cavaletti or through a private passage by Cannaregio and Campo della Pazienza. On the ground floor there is entrance, bathroom and a spacious kitchen and living room. Upstairs is a bedroom and another bathroom. The apartment also benefits of a small private outdoor space

Great apartment. Great location

Although Guido could not give us is friendly tour, Theresa met us and was very patient when I got off at the wrong station. She took the time to settle us in and give us some places to see. The apartment was clean and quite spacious. When we needed more than one blanket Theresa dropped one off. Someone was always available. Would stay again if ever in Venice. Close to train stop walking tours and boat busses. Again thank you fom Kendra and Claude

This is a wonderful, clean, spacious and super-comfortable apartment in a killer location of Venice. You walk out and in one direction you are at Santa Lucia Station in 3 minutes. You walk the other direction and you on your way to San Marco. The out-of-the-way restaurants are 10-15 min away (Fondamenta Cannareggio, Miserecordia, Nuove, etc.). The apartment looks brand new, and the air conditioner really works, which was a saver during this last torrid summer (the hottest ever recorded). What was really nice is that since everything is so close, we could easily go back and take a brake from the heat at lunch time, and resurface in mid-afternoon. This apartment has everything, and it’s all in perfect working order. The wifi was a real convenience after so many days without connection. The absolutely best thing about this apartment, however, is Guido, the owner. He came back on his own time to give us “his” tour of Venice. He has a passion for Venice and he could write a tourist guide. I am Italian-born, but I must say that I didn’t know or understand Venice until this 2 hr. walking tour! Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to go back!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for myself, wife, and 7 yr old daughter. Lots of room for us, 2 bathrooms, very cozy. Guido made us feel right at home from the start with his great hospitality. What a wonderful person. He is very knowledgeable about Venice, and went out of his way to think of everything we might need to have a great stay, including wonderful literature about the city. He gave me a fantastic tour of the neighborhood with loads of fascinating history. When we go back to Venice in the future, we want to stay here again. I highly recommend this place.

A Perfect Start To Our Stay In Venice

Wonderful way to experience Venice

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Venice thanks to the luck of finding this apartment and its great host. The apartment is right next to the central train station, but hidden in an alley. It's very convenient and quiet. Guido, owner of the apartment picked us up from the train station and gave us a surprise sparkling wine welcome. He spoke English pretty well, but it's better to speak slowly with him using simple structure and words. The conversations with him was amazing because he knew so much about the history of Venice. He even took us around for a walking tour of Venice one afternoon exploring the streets most tourist wouldn't know. Meeting him and staying in his lovely and comfortable apartment made our trip truly memorable. The place feels like a home away from home indeed. Definitely the best way to experience Venice.
