Enjoy this very clean top unit with family and friends. Sleeps up to 8 people. Located on Atlantic Avenue - steps to the beach/boardwalk. Large windows and two balconies provide a view of the ocean. Ride bikes on the boardwalk or walk with your young kids to the beach, library, or one of the two nearby playgrounds.

Ideal location: It is within walking distance of Rite Aid, beauty store/salon, yoga, library, church, community center, surf shop, ice-cream parlor, market, restaurants and two great playgrounds. I've also been told that in late summer, you can listen to live music over by the community center up the street on the beach. 5 minutes to Atlantic City casinos, restaurants, outlet stores, and night life. 15 minutes to Ocean City.

This vacation rental has been remodeled and has a full eat-in kitchen, granite countertops, with dishwasher, microwave, and all amenities, two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer,central airconditioning, outdoor shower, deck with patio/bbq, and off-street parking. 1 Queen bed; 1 King Bed (which can be separated into 2 twin beds), 2 twin beds, 1 queen size sofa sleeper.

This unit is walking distance from two great playgrounds and the public library. The new State of the Art playground is next to the tennis courts and basketball courts - and is very popular with children. The Ventnor community center offers fun classes for children on Saturday mornings throughout the summer, art exhibits, small music concerts, etc.

Perfect Stay!!

Recently, my wife and I stayed here in Ventnor, NJ. We had the best vacation at the Jersey Shore. The unit is clean, spacious, and just blocks from the beach. My wife really loved it and didn't want to leave. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and really accommodating. She even recently installed WIFI, which is a must for everyone these days. I looked at a few other units but I am so happy we chose this one. We will definitely stay here again next summer.

We rented the top floor of a duplex. This 3BR, 2BA was very clean and spacious. Lots of windows! Decorated very nicely. The vacationhomerentals website said it was a Queen, full and two twins but it was a queen, 2 twins (seperated beds) and a king (2 twins together). Owner was very nice and brought over king sheets and also gave us blankets because we forgot them. Kitchen was spacious and really beautiful-completely updated. Just wish it was stocked a bit more as I like to cook...a few large serving bowls and need more eating utensils but mostly just fine for basic vacation cooking needs. Bathrooms are older (charming I think) but very clean and in good shape. Air conditioning worked great. Loved the outisde deck/porch. the LR and Den, both with TV's, are spaced far enough apart that they do not compete with each other. This location was great! 1 short block to the beach. Walk to Ice Cream, Rite aid, restaurants and Library where we rented books and DVD's for the 1 rainy day we had. Wish the master bed was firmer but that is a personal preference. Beach chairs were non-recling so bring your own if possible. Also bring beach umbrella if needed. Overall a very nice experience and would definately like to rent again.
