Ocean View Front Porch

We are booking one "off-season" lease term from September 8, 2009, through May 21, 2010. While this is about 8.5 months, we're only charging for 8 months.

NOTE: If you only wish to rent September or May, the rental amount is $1,595, including all utilities.

This is a freshly renovated second floor 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath condominium, only steps to the beach and boardwalk. Front porch has a view of the ocean, and a covered back porch with stairs is able to store all your beach gear.

Home is convenient to a variety of nearby stores, coffee house, Rite Aid, and several restaurants.

Master Bedroom with Linens:
The master bedroom contains two (2) twin beds OR one (1) king bed if you put the twin beds together (mattress pads for both configurations are present). Master bedroom opens onto front porch with ocean and boardwalk view. Room has a smoke detector, closet, alarm clock, full sized armoire with drawers, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan with light and cable connection for your TV, bed linens for twin beds or king bed.

Second Bedroom with Linens:
The second bedroom contains two (2) full sized beds as “full over full” bunk bed. In other words there is a new, pecan colored heavy duty wooden full sized bed over a full sized bed, bunk bed. Bed can sleep one to four. Room has a smoke detector, closet, tall boy pecan colored dresser, air conditioning unit and cable connection for your TV, bed linens for both beds.

Family Room/Dining Room
Great room contains 27” stereo TV with free basic cable service (with option to upgrade), with remote control, DVD player and VHS player with remote control, entertainment cabinet, wired intenet connection through Linksys cable modem, full sofa, two (2) upholstered chairs, floor lamp, two (2) ceiling fans, air conditioning unit, expandable dining room table with seating for six (6) and a smoke detector.

Kitchen
All newer appliances include: Refrigerator, Full sized gas stove w/exhaust, and a microwave. Also includes: Breakfast bar with two bar stools, ceiling fan, and full supply of utensils, cups, glasses, pots, pans, hard-anodized non-stick pan, plates, coffee maker, tea pot, carving knives and many cooking utensils, fire extinguisher, more.

Cable TV, Cable Internet
Home includes free basic cable TV on 27” stereo TV with remote control, DVD player and VHS player. Owner offers various optional upgrades such as premium cable TV service and/or wireless internet at additional fees.

Pets are acceptable at owner’s discretion and with an additional security deposit.

This house is one block plus 1 house to the beach and boardwalk. It is 3 blocks to Ventnor's new library and kids beach playground. Approximately one block away is an Eckerd Drug, and within a couple blocks are many restaurants and a variety of stores.
