Description of the Ventnor vacation home rental

Single Family Home. Completely refurbished, new air conditioning with two zones. Brand new furniture just furnished. Only seven houses to beach. Ten minute drive to Atlantic City and Ocean City. This home has four bedrooms and two and a half baths on the first and second floors. On the first floor is a full kitchen and a huge dining room and living room. There is a great room off the kitchen. There is also a huge porch in the front of the home.

Both porch and great rooms are furnished. This home has a walk out basement. Half the basement has a washer and dryer with plenty of storage. The other half is finished with one bedroom and one den with a queen-size pull out sofa. The basement also has a full kitchen (fully furnished) and a full bathroom along with an additional washer and dryer. Great for an In-Law suite or for the kids and baby sitters

Great vacation home

We had a great time on vacation ,the house was big enough for all 14 of us and still felt like we could have room for more. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and the block was very nice and people also very friendly you felt like you where at home.It was in walking distance from the beach and the stores . And the owner of the house was very nice also available anytime if you needed anything.Thanks aagin

What A Great Catch!

This house is a true beauty! It is perfect for extended families or several couples. Our group had 4 couples and 3 singles for 4 nights! The house never felt even a little overcrowded and everyone had a private bed to sleep in! While it is very close to the beach, the house really has a "home" feel to it instead of the typical crammed beach house feel! I would recommend this house 100% and would definitely use it again!
