Description of the Ventnor vacation home rental

September/Winter Availability

Our beach home is located in the historic town of Ventnor and is one block to the beach and boardwalk.

You will love the ocean breeze on the front porch which is fully furnished. Enter the front of the house where you will be pleasantly surprised at the spacious floor plan; the living room has all brand new furniture, hardwood floors, TV WITH CABLE AND WIRELESS INTERNET!

The very spacious dining room has lots of windows letting in terrific sun, large dining table and a breakfast niche, off the dining room is the powder room.

The large kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher and microwave; self cleaning oven and lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. A mud room is off the kitchen with a washer and dryer and clothes line. From there you can go out to the back deck.

The second floor has 4 large bedrooms. Two have queen beds and have access to a full bath, across the hall are two more bedrooms with a full size bed in each. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway.

The third floor has two large bedrooms with dressers, one has two twin beds and one has two full size beds. There is a bathroom in the hallway.

We have cable TV`s, VCR`s, DVD players, internet access, dual zone central air conditioning and ceiling fans, off street parking for 3 cars, outside shower to rinse and complimentary beach tags.

Rentals are accepted for Saturday to Saturday in July and August

June & September weekends or weekly rentals are accepted

Guests must be at least 28 years of age

There are no pets allowed and no smoking

Guests just bring their own sheets and towels

"This is a really great house. We had a family reunion at the beach. The location is good, near the beach and you can walk into Atlantic City on the boardwalk. Lots of new restaurants in the area but of course we had take out from Sack O Subs more than once. The rooms are large and three full baths were a great plus.
