FAMILY BEACH HOUSE right on the sand on Faria Beach 5 minutes north of Ventura, California and 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara, California. GREAT FOR FAMILY VACATION!

2 story, 3 bedroom (includes bunkroom with 4 bunkbeds), 2 bath. Downstairs: Nice living room with sunken fireplace area, dining area, kitchen, bunkroom and adjacent full bathroom, front deck with patio furniture. Upstairs: Master bedroom with full bathroom, 2nd bedroom with full bathroom (share with Master bedroom), outdoor deck. 2 car garage with washer and dryer, nice garden in entry way, ample parking and manual gate to enclose the entire property. Only 5 steps from seawall to the sand! Very popular surfing spots within 3 minute walk in each direction down the beach. Nice swimming in the summer 68-70 degrees. Owner lives only 6 beach houses away. Very friendly private beach with wonderful views of the Santa Barbara Channel Islands.

Area Information

This is paradise and you know you are there when you take the State Beaches offramp to Pacific Coast Highway just north of Ventura off of Highway 101 and drive 3 miles to the Robertson Beach House. Southbound on Highway 101 from Santa Barbara, take the Seacliff offramp to Pacific Coast Highway and then drive 3 miles to the Robertson Beach House. The Robertson Beach House has a palm tree company between the sand and Highway 101 so no freeway noise. The mountains are on the other side of the freeway making a very attractive setting. Grocery store and other shopping is only 5 minutes from the beach.

The house is amazing but not so amazing that you feel guilty about tracking in sand from the beach. We felt welcomed and at home and really did not want to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed this property, right on the beach.. nice deck area, beautiful views from the downstairs windows. Especially loved the fire pit area in the evenings-great place to relax and enjoy friends and family.
