Perfect 2 family rental! Beach duplex 9th house from the beach. Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs. Pierpont beach area halfway between the pier and Ventura harbor.
Rates: Labor Day-Memorial Day Upstairs $2200 per month
Downstairs $1800 per month
Summer rates: Upstairs $4800 per month or $1400 per week.
Downstairs $4000 per month or $1200 per week.
Area Description
Pierpont Beach area. Quaint old town Ventura is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Ventura is located one hour north of Los Angeles and one half hour south of Santa Barbara. A grocery store, great restaurants, coffee shops are all within a 5 minute walk of the house.
