Description of the Vernon vacation townhouse rental

Enjoy beaches, a marina, 2 pools and 3 hot-tubs by staying at our 3-BR/3-Bath condo located in a gated, waterfront resort community near Vernon, next to Ellison Provincial Camp Ground. The resort features two private beaches on Lake Okanagan (linked by a granite tunnel and boardwalk) a private marina, two swimming pools (including an infinity lakeside pool), three hot tubs, a tennis court and an owners lodge with a fitness facility. The condo is new and includes: hardwood flooring, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, a large dining table, high-end furnishings and linens, a washer/dryer, plasma television, CD/DVD player and Ipod docking station. A wrap-around deck with patio furniture and a barbeque overlooks a large man-made pond ("Troutlake") with relaxing bubbling water fountains. The tennis court, secondary pool area and hot tub are also within view, and are easily accessible. The upper level master bedroom features a King size bed, a small deck overlooking Troutlake with peek-a-boo views of Lake Okanagan, and an en-suite with a soaker tub and separate shower. On the main floor are two more bedrooms, one with another King-size bed plus an ensuite bath, and the other with a Queen-size bed . This unit is ideal for a large family or for couples to share. A Queen size air-bed mattress is also available. Ski at Sunpeaks, Silverstar or Big White during the winter season and spring break, or reserve your summer vacation.
