The two original buildings were named to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1994. You will be nestled in Unit #3022, just steps from the two heated outdoor pools, the fabulous, unspoiled beach and the turquoise blue Atlantic Ocean. Surf fishing is popular in the area and charter boats are docked nearby for deep-sea fishing. Oceanside dining is available on Waldo's Restaurant open-air deck. The attractions of Orlando and Cape Canaveral are about two hours drive time to the north. Melbourne is the closest airport, about 45 miles from the resort, followed by West Palm Beach and Orlando, both about 80-90 miles away respectively. From Melbourne and Orlando take I-95 south, From West Palm Beach take I-95 north, once on I-95 from either airport take exit 147 - Vero Beach Route 60. go east on route 60 all the way to the beach, turn south onto Ocean Drive, the resort is two blocks down on the left. 1BR unit, Max 4/Pri 4 offers 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. No boats or trailers are permitted to be parked at the resort.
