Professionally decorated first-floor Condo on tranquil barrier island; this Central Beach location is just steps to the Ocean & Boardwalk and only a short walk to restaurants, shops, parks and the Old Village of Vero Beach. The Condo has a combo Liv/Din Room, tile floors throughout, cable TV, a complete kitchen, washer & dryer, Master bedroom with Queen bed & Guest bedroom with two twin beds. A private screened patio looks out on a sparkling swimming pool surrounded by tropical foliage. Central A/C and four ceiling fans add to your comfort.

In June, on the beaches by the condo, huge turtles come ashore at night to lay their eggs, which hatch two months later. The public may sign up to participate in a turtle watch. You may also have an opportunity at various times to see endangered Manatees in 'Manatee Canal.

Dubbed Florida's Treasure coast off which lie many wrecks of gold-laden Spanish Galleons, this coastline offers excellent Beaches and Fishing. Nearby Sebastian is home to one of Mel Fisher's treasure Museums.

Sebastian Inlet is renowned as the East Coast "Capital of Surfing."

Surf-fishing is excellent all along the uncrowded coast.

Deep-sea fishing is available out of nearby Ft. Pierce Inlet.

There are numerous Golf Courses near the condo.

Vero Beach is the L.A. Dodgers' Spring Training site and is home to the Dodgers' Farm Team, which plays in the summer. Fans may watch the frequent home games. Polo matches are also held in season.

Vero has a large discount mall with outlet stores, the new Indian River Mall and a 24-screen movie theater.

For cultural enthusiasts, Vero Beach is recognized for their Museum of Art. And, the Riverside Theatre, located on the island near the condo, presents quality shows regularly.

There is an independent Book Store not far from the condo (the Vero Beach Book Center) where well-known authors frequently come for book signings and lectures.

Vero Beach offers easy access to both the Kennedy Space Center (60 minutes away) and Orlando's Disney World & other theme parks (90 minutes away).
