Spacious unit on the third floor of the Royale Riviera condominium. Peek view of the ocean from the 27 ft long glass enclosed lanai (screens also, can open up completely). One bedroom and one and one-half bath with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and all linens provided. Walk a half block to South Beach-- Vero's best public beach. Private heated pool on property. $2,000 per month rent includes local phone, basic cable and utilities. Three month minimum rental and one party on the lease must be 55 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking unit. Discounted rates available May thru November.
Area Description
This may be Vero's last year as home of the LA Dodgers spring training camp. The Riverside Theater, The Theater Guild and the Museum of Art will fulfill your cultural needs. Many wonderful restaurants in the area to satisfy any appetite. And then there is always the beach and the ocean!
