First Floor Condominium

King bed in Master and Two Double Beds in the Guest Bedroom. Queen sleeper couch in the living room.

Perfectly situated first floor condominium - 1 minute walk to the Sea Oaks Tennis Center and 5 minutes to the Beach Club. Very clean and decorated in bright and cheery colors. The living room has a pull out couch for guest spill over. Wonderful screened in porch with exterior door to the tennis center pathway.

Tennis Villas have their own enormous pool and Spa which may be used by renters and owners in the Tennis Villas.

This home may be rented by the week or the month.
Summer rates:
May to November- $1150 a week
In Season rates: December to April $1400/$1500 a week. Monthly Rental in Season: January $4500 February $5000 April $4500 . Temporary Membership at Sea Oaks is required: Cost is $75 for the application fee and $107 per week. Membership gives the renter full access and use of tennis courts, beach club house and tennis center.

SEA OAKS is a 5-star tennis and beach community on the barrier island, known as Orchid Island, in Vero Beach, Florida 32963. There are 16 Har-Tru tennis courts included in all rental fees with temporary membership. The Beach Club is located on the Atlantic with it's own pool and poolside food service. The beach itself extends for more than 20 miles up and down the coastline. It is fabulous for walking and sea shell hunting.

Full Fitness Center in the Tennis Community Center.

Renters are required to pay for a temporary membership fee of $107 . Renters are assigned a membership number and may use their membership card for food and beverage at the club and unlimited use of the tennis courts, fitness center, beach and tennis clubs.

Vero Beach has many wonderful restaruants, great shopping, art museum, 3 theaters, marina, shopping malls and virtually everything anyone would want to need, whether you are here for a week or a month.
