This home has TV's in both bedrooms and the Living Room. There is also a DVD in the Living Room. Wireless Internet Service is available, so please bring your computer.

Perfectly situated first floor condominium - 3 minute walk to the Sea Oaks Tennis Center and 5 minutes to the Beach Club. Very clean and decorated in bright and cheery colors. The living room has a pull out couch for guest spill over. Wonderful screened in porch with exterior door to the tennis center pathway. Living Room with a pull out couch and matching club chairs. Master bedroom with a king bed, full bath including a separate shower and enormous soaking tub, dual sinks. Guest room with 2 single beds and direct access to the guest bath.

Tennis Villas have their own enormous pool and Spa which may be used by renters and owners in the Tennis Villas.

This home may be rented by the week or the month.
Summer rates:
May to November- $1150 a week
In Season rates: December to April $1400 a week or $5600 a month.

SEA OAKS is a 5-star tennis and beach community on the barrier island, known as Orchid Island, in Vero Beach, Florida 32963. There are 16 Har-Tru tennis courts included in all rental fees. The Beach Club is located on the Atlantic with it's own pool and poolside service. The beach itself extends for more than 20 miles up and down the coastline.

Renters are required to pay for a temporary membership fee of $100 ($107 w/sales tax) per week or if staying for a month the fee is $400 ($428 w/sales tax). Renters are assigned a membership number and may use their membership card for food and beverage at the club. NOTE: SUMMER RENTERS may enjoy the "reciprocal" program giving members and guests the opportunity to eat at many of the nearby clubs.

Vero Beach has fabulous restaruants, great shopping, art museum, 3 theaters, marina, shopping malls and virtually everything anyone would want to need, whether you are here for a week or a month.
