Description of the Vero Beach vacation condo rental

Minimum 3 month rental,prefer 5 months. Unavailable Jan-mar 2010. Comfortable living for 1-4 Seniors centrally located to town, 3 minutes from the ocean, great restaurants, eating places, theatre, everything you will find in the big city. Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Royal Palms Condominiums. Second floor w/elevator, 2 parking spaces, laundry facilities on every floor. Entry Foyer leads to large living room with a Florida Room to sit and have morning coffee. View of central pool and patio area,lots of green grass and trees.
Master Suite with large walk-in closet, and private bath w/a step in shower. New Cabinets and fixtures in bathroom.
Well lit fully equipped kitchen. New cabinets and fixtures in kitchen.
LR has large leather sofa, TV w/cable connected in master as well. The sunroom has a rattan glass table and chairs. Dining area has glass table and chairs. Clean, new linens, newer carpet and new paint. Second bathroom also has new vanity cabinet and fixtures.

Vero Beach has the simple life, and elegance. The city is affordable, great weather, and once was Spring Training for the Dodgers Baseball Team. We are expecting another team next season. Connected by a causeway is the Island which has beachfront property, and historic homes from the 20's and a private country club.
There is great shopping, local theatre and additional entertainment in Melbourne, only 30 minutes away. The entire coastline in this area is peaceful, slowpaced.
