Description of the Vero Beach vacation condo rental

This 55+ community is known as the Best Kept Secret and most rentals are done word of mouth. Your luck. "Grove Isle" sits on the Inter Coastal in prestigious Vero Beach. Complex has Lighted Tennis Courts, two Pool and Club Houses. Residents have Activities and Social for all areas and interests. Club House includes Pool Tables, Ping Pong, Library, Activities Center, well kept workout facilities with updated equiptment and shower facilites. The Nature Trail winds along the Inter Coastal and the community has its own Dock for low water boating and kayaking. The condo itself overlooks a lake and lighted fountain to watch the sunsets of the south on your enclosed air conditioned sun room. Two bed rooms with queen beds are all new and shiny white. The kitchen has all updated appliances, granite and is fully equipped. A new full washer dryer in the home. Parking is covered. 3mo minimal rental

Area Information

Vero is known as a cultural and has Concerts, Theater and Art all in the best weather of the south. Golf, of course, Boating and Fishing, and fabulous Restaurant. Baseball is a favorite and Vero has it's own 3A team. Maybe take a class at the local College. Everything is a short drive and you can find yourself visiting Cape Canaveral, West Palm Beach, Disney, Lion Country Safari and the best of the Outlet Malls.
Of course we are on the oil free side of Florida so enjoy the local Beaches.
