This is a 2 year old beautifully built home with the living, dining, kitchen, laundry and master bedroom all on the main level. Upstairs there is a family room and two large guest bedrooms with a full bath.

Televisions everywhere, wireless Internet, Cable TV. Enjoy the private beach club with it's own pool overlooking a 20 mile sandy walking/swimming beach.

Ammenities include a weekly "Happy Hour" at the Beach Club every Friday night - a great way to meet other people from this very nice tennis and beach community.
