Perfect location in Sea Oaks, steps to the community pool, the 16 Har Tru tennis courts, the Tennis Center, private beach and Beach Club.
This is a 2 year old beautifully built home with the living, dining, kitchen, laundry and master bedroom all on the main level. Upstairs there is a family room and two large guest bedrooms with a full bath.
Televisions everywhere, wireless Internet, Cable TV. Enjoy the private beach club with it's own pool overlooking a 20 mile sandy walking/swimming beach.
Ammenities include a weekly "Happy Hour" at the Beach Club every Friday night - a great way to meet other people from this very nice tennis and beach community.
Drive to downtown Vero Beach and visit our unique shops, art museum, parks and live theater. Dine at one of the many first class restaurants and cafes.
