Adorable home completely remodeled w/new kitchen, granite counters, Stainless Appliances, freshly painted, new floors, new carpet. You can be the first to enjoy these new appointments! We are within one mile of downtown historic Vero Beach and 3 miles to beaches. This home is tastefully furnished and decorated and has all the comforts of home. All you need to do is unpack and relax in the Florida room filled w/ratan and wicker vintage furnishings. We have games, cards, books for you to enjoy while on your visit. Or unpack and take the bikes for a ride downtown to historic Vero Beach and have lunch or visit the antique shops. You can walk to Troy Moody Park and enjoy the old historic Florida homes and huge Oak trees. Vero has the most pristine beaches and you are only 2.8 miles away or 7 minutes by car. There are many great restuarants and shopping in this area and the owner has supplied menus to most places for your convenience. We do allow small pets and there is room to park an RV if needed.

Included " electric, water, cable, wireless, and local paper, lawn service. We can arrange a cleaning service at an additional charge.

Rates are $1,600.00 per month or $500.00 per week (upon availability). Prices do not include taxes, if applicable, or security deposit/pet deposit. Prices are subject to change so please call to confirm. 10% of the profits will be donated to Pancreatic Cancer Research by the owner.

1 mile to historic downtown Vero Beach, restuarants, shops, antique district; 3 miles to beach areas; 1.5 miles to Riverfront area and restuarants, fishing, golf. The Vero Outlet Mall is approximately 6 miles west of this home. You are about 90 minutes to Disney World and 90 minutes to West Palm Beach.
