This two year new Single family home is in a quiet residential neighborhood near I95 and Vero Beach Mall. Comfortably furnished, mostly tile, with volume ceilings and designer lighting. It's the perfect alternative to a hotel stay and more private than a Condo or hotel, less expensive with all the comforts of home. We are pet friendly.

This home is clean, modern, light and bright. It's available for a minimum of three night stays or up to one year and is pet friendly and can even accommodate a second pet. The den can be used as an office, for your laptop computer and dial-up internet access or can accommodate our queen-size inflatable mattress for additional guests.

Located near Vero Beach Mall, Vero Beach Outlet Mall, I95 and only minutes to the ocean. Convenient to the Vero Beach Polo grounds and the winter home of the Dodgers Baseball Team.

It is located five minutes off Interstate 95, a fairly short drive of one hour and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, one hour from West Palm Beach International Airport, 45 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, and one hour 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, and approximately one hour to Kennedy Space Center.
