The Agreement will be sent to you by e-mail. 50% of the Total Rental Fees, excluding security damage, due within 14 days of the Reservation on all Leases less then 4 months. Security Deposit for Damages of $200 per/month or $150 for rentals 14 Nights or less. All Payments Due Prior to your arrival for rentals less then 4 months.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $100. Five or more people will incur an Extra Guest Fee. Maximum Total of 6 People. DISCOUNTS: Discount Rates of $150 off the regular monthly price for LEASES 5 MONTHS TO 7 MONTHS. YEARLY EVEN LESS. Cancellation Policy: A full refund minus a cancellation fee of $150 of your rental deposit will be made if your reservation is canceled at least 3 months prior to your arrival date.If less then 3 months, Refund will be equal to the amount received by another guest in your time-frame

Spent the month of February. Beautiful, clean, roomy house. Absolutely no disappointments. John is a true gentleman to deal with. We used the gym and walked around the complex every day. Cant go wrong renting here.

My husband & I stayed for 5 weeks and we wished we could have stayed longer. We love the house and the gorgeous view of the lake. The house is very true to the pictures posted. Big, Bright airy and extremly spotless. The home is located in a gated community which i found very safe and quite. The club house is about a 5 min walk. I love how friendly the neighbors are. I can't agree more with the reviews posted. We would rent this house again without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed for a month at this spacious and immaculately clean home- we loved the house and area! The home is new as are all the beds, towels, linens, and almost all the kitchen utensils. The kitchen is amply stocked with all you’ll ever need. The abundant natural lighting, high ceilings, and gorgeous spacious kitchen make you feel very comfortable. The price is the best value we could find after searching for weeks. The home is located in a gated community with nice sidewalks to take a stroll (whole neighborhood is attractively landscaped and well maintained). You can walk to the club house/pool in less than 5 minutes. It is a very quite neighborhood- great for a good night’s sleep (the comfy beds help). There is a really peaceful/great view of the scenic lake from 3 different areas via the back of the house- the master suite, breakfast nook, and the family room (not to mention the lanai). If you like clean you will love this place. No musty smells; no dirty matresses and no stained carpets! Plenty of dishes,cookware and kitchen utensils. The house is bright, sunny, airy and open. And it is in a safe community. Bright and sunny house. We will definitely stay again!
