Description of the Vero Beach vacation home rental

Oceanfront (Direct Ocean not just 'Access')2 story home with water (Uniquely) on both sides (Ocean and Lagoon frontage). Rooftop sundeck, additional beachside deck on dune, 250 ft dock on the Indian River Lagoon with world famous fishing at Sebastian Inlet. Backyard on private beach, dock and lagoon in front of house, private pool and lots of balcony/covered patio areas. Only 1 1/4 hour from Orlando or Palm Beach airports, along with Disney and other attractions. Return to the Florida of old, without the crowds. Watch dolphins, pelicans and sea turtles daily, fish the lagoon or the beach for redfish, sea trout, snook and more.

This is a Fl Keys style home, all living area is located on 2nd floor, with ground floor consisting of garage, patio, pool, cabana bath, laundry etc.. this is a private home. No neighbor to the South, with wide open views of the Ocean and the Lagoon through ceiling to floor glass windows.

Home designed and equipped for 1-6 persons max.

Area Information

An absolutely beautiful home and setting!Fish, surf, sun, swim, clamming, bird watch, 8+ miles of private beach for daily walks, or just chill. Treasure hunters still visit the area each Summer, the 1730 Spanish fleet sank in the Ocean area near the home. Nearby Treasure Museum and Nature Site, provide daily diversions for the kids. We selectively offer our second home (max of 4x per year), enjoy your chance to visit a multi-million dollar Oceanfront Vacation home without having to buy one! Located between Vero Beach and Melbourne Beach.

This is not a City or Subdivision home, it is designed for relaxation, and as a beach getaway/2nd home. Excellent golf courses nearby.

This was the 4th time at this property and simply gets better every year. The Ocean, the beach, the Lagoon, the privacy, and so on. Great walks on a deserted beach. What else can I say without a picture! ****I'll be back****
