Description of the Vero Beach vacation home rental

ON THE BEACH! This 3/2 cottage is directly on the beach! The living area and covered porch offer amazing ocean views. Furnished/decorated in classic Pottery Barn style. You'll often have the beach to yourself!

This north section of Vero Beach, Ambersand, is really,really quiet with the exception of a few fishermen who always leave with buckets full of fish. Look for coins washed up from sunken ships just off the coast...they're around! Lots of seashells too!

Located a few miles south of Sebastian inlet State Park, world famous for surfing and it's fishing pier.

Restaurants and grocery store all within a 10 mile radius.

Vero Beach has plenty of opportunities for golfing,sky diving, kitesurfing, and scuba diving. Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center are all only a short drive away.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the second week of June 2009 and had the most wonderful time. The house is just gorgeous and the beach is out of this world. We ate in every night, grilling fresh fish and lobster and drinking wine on the gorgeous deck looking out to the ocean after a relaxing day in the Florida sunshine on the beach. We swam with sea turtles, got up close and personal with baby hammerhead sharks and even saw manatees coming close to the shore, presumably from the inlet a little ways north. If getting away from it all and relaxing in style on a beautiful and almost exclusively private beach is your thing then this place is for you. This beach house is truly amazing! We loved it and already plan on going back, no doubt about it!

I really had no idea what to expect but I was impressed beyond words, the view and the peacefulness was beyond measure . I spent many mornings watching the sun rise right from the deck and walked on the beautiful beach without all the crowds, it was paradise !

I have had many holidays to Florida but never have I experienced a more peaceful place to spend my vacation and it could not have come at a better time. The past year was a real roller coaster for me and very stressful for all of us. We need a place where we could relax and unwind. Your place was exactly what the doctor ordered. Quiet, tropical and your home was immaculate. I tell people the best way to describe the serenity of your location is no matter if you went to the beach, morning, afternoon, or night you could fire off a canon and not worry about hitting anyone in either direction...ha ha. Honestly I recommend the location, the property and dealing with you was a breeze. Thank you from all of us it was a wonderful vacation and we hope to come back again very soon. Everything you could ever want or need is close at hand.

This cottage is immaculate,cozy,quiet,and very comfortable.If you are seeking tropical peace, on-the-beach views and sounds then you will love this cottage. We walked north on the beach for 2 miles and encountered two people, south on the beach and passed only five others. There are few resturants etc nearby. You should cooking and eating in to apprecaite this fairly remote location. I can't remember being so well rested after a weeks stay anywhere.
