All utilities, cable, wifi, grounds maintenence and maid service included. Nearby golf and tennis facilities. Also included is a golf cart. Vero Beach has recently been discovered as Florida's best kept secret, its charming boulevards lined with interesting boutiques, wonderful restaurants and cafes, world class art museum, performing arts center, live theatres and cinemas add to the allure of this prestigious island. Nestled between the Beautiful Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean, Vero Beach is a boater and fisherman's dream destination.
