Description of the Vero Beach vacation home rental

Sea Oaks is a gated community that spans from the Indian Rive to the Atlantic Ocean; amenities include: Private Beach Club, 20 miles of wonderful walking beach, Fitness Center - Fitness Training & Exercise Classes, 16 Har Tru Tennis Courts, Tennis Center & Community Room Space. There are three dining options, plus pool side service overlooking the ocean. Happy Hour on Friday Nights, Movie night on Wednesdays, Round Robins, concerts are just a few of the things to do and meet new friends in Sea Oaks.

Our house is a single family house, located on a cul de sac, with a totally private backyard with no houses behind it. Single Level, all tile 18" porcelain floors, new granite kitchen (fully stocked for those who love to cook), Master king suite with walk in closet - enormous bathroom with a walk in glass enclosed shower, Guest room with a king and adjoining bath, den or third bedoom with a built in desk and book cases (stocked with books) and a hide a bed. The house is a Great Room Concept, meaning everything is open and bright and airy.

We are temporarily going to California and are looking to either rent by the season or rent for the year at a greatly reduced rate.
