Description of the Vero Beach vacation home rental
This 5 year old "New Orleans" style home was featured on the cover of the local magazine Vero Life, and was selected for the 2009 Junior League Tour of Homes! Bring a group of couples, a large family, or all the grandkids to enjoy lovely Vero Beach, just a short hour drive from Palm Beach, or 1.5 hour drive to Disney World and all the fun of Orlando. Your luxury vacation home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a single room downstairs and upstairs has two rooms each with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a full bath with walk-in shower, and there are also 2 half baths, and an outdoor shower for after the beach! Comfy sofas up and down can sleep 3 more(or a passel of grandkids!) The downstairs formal living room features an elegant fireplace, flat panel TV and wine bar for entertaining. The formal dining room and gourmet kitchen can provide cost-cutting cooking at home, while the incredible "jungle" backyard allows entertaining options and rock-wall seating around the built-in grill and kitchenette. The office with DSL access lets you keep up with the office back home. Both the front and rear porches provide seating areas for dining al fresco, enjoying coffee and beignets and greeting the neighbors as they walk the dogs along the oak-lined sidewalks of the Central Beach neighborhood, the heart of Vero Beach.
Area Information
Standing at the street in front of the house, shaded by ancient live oaks, you can turn one way and look toward the brand-new Humiston Beach park, 2 blocks away, or turn the other to see, 3 doors away, the Riverside Park and its Equity performance Riverside Theater featuring off-Broadway plays and musicals, world-renowned speakers, concerts and comedy nights. The park also is the home of the VB Art Museum, the tennis complex, jogging and exercise trail and playground under the oaks, kayaking and boat rentals on the river, Memorial Island, and the fun, quirky Riverside Cafe for sunset drinks and Sunday brunch - all within a block or two stroll of your luxury vacation home!

Our neighborhood is made up of many retirees, with a handful of families. Vero Beach welcomes our seasonal residents!

We had a lovely stay in that very spacious house. Vero Beach is a nice little town ; a bit quiet for young kids with energy but pleasant for tired parents.
