This large 2/2 home is approximately 2000 sq ft with 2 good sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, large living room and large florida family room. There is a laundry room with one carport. Rent includes ground maintenance, cable T.V., as well as utilities, maid service is available but extra. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. This is a smoke free house. Small pets are welcome.

The home was very functional and well located with a great corner lot. The furniture was not comfortable as I would like because it was somewhat older. The home did suit our needs.
