Description of the Vero Beach vacation home rental
There are two very comfortable queen beds, and two pillowtop twin beds in three bedrooms. The master queen bed even offers the luxury of a heated mattress pad for those chilly nights.
There is wireless internet access throughout the home.
Both the family room and living room have Dish Network T.V. and sleeper sofas, which provide sleeping accomodations for up to 10 people.

This property worked out quite well for us during our month's stay. Plenty of room which accomodated family visitors with young children, Lots of space so no one was in each others way. The children basically had a t.v. room all to themselves with their being two t.v.'s in the home which was fantastic. We had unseasonally chilly weather which took away some beach days, but overall we did all that we wanted to do and then some. We also quite enjoyed the bbq grill and deck in the back yard. Overall a good experience and would contemplate a return visit.

Close to Dodger Town and Beach

We rented this house to watch our boys play baseball at Dodger Town. We had a great time and Ken Freeman was wonderful. It was a short distance from the beach and shopping. The only thing you need to consider is there is a very busy airport nearby. We will definitely stay there anytime we return to Vero Beach

Exactly what we were promised

I stayed with my family in this house for a week in February of 2012. My parents live in the Grand Harbor community and this house was located between them and the main area of Vero. Easy to access the property. We had stayed in the past at hotels in the area. For basically the same price as a hotel we had a three bedroom house to put the kids to bed while we watched tv in one of the two tv rooms. A kitchen with full sized refridgerator that made it easy to have what the kids usually ate and drank available. House was clean and functional. The property had the charm of a house that been lived in but was very clean. The laundy room was huge and we used that much more than we expected to. Thanks Ken for your home and hospitality. We shall see you again down the road.

Enjoyed our stay, but could have had some warmer weather! The ocean is great, enjoyed the beaches. Also enjoyed some local golf. Entertained eldest daughter and family and the grandchildren (2 girls 8 & 6). Loved the ocean; it was their first time. They also visited Disney which was also a huge hit. Hope to be able to do this again.

Left home - 1 degree faranheit in a snow storm, arrived her 70 degrees Sunny! How good is that! Beaches are wonderful, fishing good, weather great! Thanks for a very pleasant stay in Vero Beach! We really enjoyed the beaches, South Beach Park and Jaycee Beach. The garden was fantastic during sunny afternoons when we were tired ot the beaches. And thanks to Ken who met us in the middle of the night for check-in, and was very helpful during our stay.

We had a blast here. The house is nice. Could be more sound proof. But there is plenty of room. And we sit in the back yard where you feel
like your on your own island. Lots of birds, lizzards and squirrels to watch play. We came looking for peace and quiet; and that's exactly what we got.

March 15 - 29, 2011 The house was wonderful and clean with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. The BBQ on the patio was really nice to use and the view of the trees and fern through the large back windows was amazing. A cup of coffee while sitting on the couch looking out the windows in the morning was a wonderful way to start the day or on the patio. Ken was very friendly and great to talk with. It was nice to know he was nearby if there would have been a problem, or when I just had a quick question about something local. A wonderful stay, and only wish it could have been longer! Had a pleasant stay here during Christmas. At first too little warm water, but Ken fixed that for us. So we could all use the shower in the morning. The weather was nice, and we did a lot of shopping.
