Full size washer and dryer. Wet bar with drinkware, chinese style tea service, and electric teapot. New thin style TV with cable, DVD, CD player, computer with library/jukebox of 4000 music songs, games, bicycles, kayak with life vests, kite and boogie boards. Air-conditioning, plenty of bedding, balconies from each bedroom. Pets allowed. Sorry only smoking outside please. Screened patio and fenced backyard. 24- hour security attendant at front gate.
