Luxury one bedroom, walk to Beach, drive to Disney

This luxury villa is a nicely decorated one bedroom vacation getaway with four large rooms, including a living room, a sunny Florida room perfect for relaxing and a separate dining room - most with cathedral ceilings. The kitchen with skylight is fully equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher etc. The bedroom is large, with a walk-in closet, a sliding door opening out into the Florida room and a large bathroom with bath tub and shower. The unit includes a washer and dryer.

The complex includes tennis courts, a large swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and a clubhouse with exercise room, pool table, big screen TV. The whole complex is quiet and nicely landscaped. Walk to the beach in couple of minutes. There is a private walkway to the beach with your own key for entry. The beach is perfect with miles of white sand where you can swim and surf.

There are many golf courses in the area. Fishing is very popular on the pier located five miles North on A1A. Restaurants in the area are very good as is the seafood. One or two have dining and dancing. This is a very safe area and there is controlled access to the complex which has about 60 villas well spaced out with nice landscaping.

Please note that although the unit is large we restrict the occupancy to two people.
