- Large master bedroom with 2 walk in wardrobes including luxurious marbled ensuite bathroom. All towels, linens, dressing gowns provided.

- Loft(Mezzanine) area with day bed which could accomodate an additional 2 guests.

- 2nd bathroom located next to bedrooms 2 and 3.

Located at 21st Street SW off 27th Ave. (Satellite and Hybrid Maps shows location under construction) 330 New Homes. Maps must be approx. 2 years old. Streets of Community not shown on certain maps.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Required Stay: 2 weeks minimum
Lodging Tax: N/A
Deposits: Total Rental Fee due prior to your arrival for all Leases. Signed Reservation/Rental Agreement is required. Copy of current Photo ID. The Agreement will be sent to you by e-mail. 50% of the Total Rental Due within 14 days of the Reservation on all Leases less then 3 months.For leases of 3 months or more- 20% upfront and remainder within 60 days of arrival. Security Deposit for Damages of $200 per/month or $150 for rentals 14 nights or more.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $130. Rental are based on 4 peoples, $75 per week charge is applied to any additional guests. Cancellation Policy: A full refund minus a cancellation fee of $150 of your deposit and rent will be made if your reservation is cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 8 weeks of your arrival are not refundable.

This big 2 story home is really nice, with very contemporary furniture and decoration, and a nice lakeside view. The home has all the amenities required (and more than required), with BBQ and beach chairs, large flatscreen and internet connection. It's very clean and rooms are really big. The gated community is brand new, with tennis courts, a gym room and a huge pool (walking distance from the house). Everything met our expectations and was well organized by the owner to make our one week stay more than confortable. It's located 80 minutes from Orlando Airport and 15 minutes away from the beach and good sea-food restaurants. There are also many shops and supermarkets 10 or 15 minutes drive away. Edwige

Excellent Vero Beach Rental, May 1, 2009

This home is exactly as advertised. It has 3 b/r and a loft and can easily accommodate 6. This lovely 2 story home is located in a gated community, of new homes with an excellent pool, gym and meeting area. We actually began to think of it as "home" and photos cant relay how comfortable you will feel. The location is excellent, only 10 min to major shopping or the warm Atlantic Ocean. Vero is only 50 min to Orlando Airport and West Palm and offers lots in the way of upscale quiet living and boasts excellent medical care in its local hospital. Though we initally had some reservations about prepaying the owners are honest and straight up and we hope to return next April. Communications, transactions and instuctions were honest, clear and EXACTLLY what was presented. The owners have also provided a playpen, beach chairs, BBQ, Patio Furniture, loaner maps and local menus for dining out. Dont hesitate on this one, it is a nicely kept secret for now, but im sure that wont last long.

Great Place, great time. Our stay was as good as it gets. A superb location. Excellent accommodation stylishly presented with all neccessities readily available and of good quality. Breakfast on the patio in such a tranquil lakeside setting provided a great start to the day. The on site leisure complex is a real bonus and well within walking distance. All amenities are readily accessible as are some stunning beaches. Good quality restaurants abound with every type of fare on offer. A very good stay indeed. We will definitely be back

My partner and I stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing time! Vero Beach is a great area of Florida with a fantastic beach just minutes away in the car. There are a range of shops and supermarkets close by, as well as some lovely restaurants should you chose to eat out? The villa itself is stylishly presented, comfortable, clean & extremely spacious. The view of the lake from the patio area is stunning and a must see! Having the option of self catering was definitely a plus, and all appliances were easy to use and instructions were available. The club house is wonderful and has numerous sporting activities available, all of which were free of charge! The gym equipment is easy to use and offers everything you need to stay in shape whilst on your hols. The complex and the villa literally has everything you’ll need to guarantee a great holiday, be it a relaxing holiday for two, or an activity packed holiday for all the family?
